In 2017, our company proudly spearheaded the extensive interior and exterior revitalization of the landmark Denton House in New Hyde Park, NY—nationally recognized as the famous McDonald’s “McMansion.” Built in 1795, this historic landmark required a sophisticated construction approach that seamlessly blended 21st-century commercial technology with strict historic preservation standards.

Our craftsmanship breathed new life into the structure’s historic bones while elevating the quick-service dining experience. We preserved the building’s soul by carefully refinishing the original hardwood flooring and intricate ornamental woodwork, ensuring its timeless character remains intact for decades to come.

Simultaneously, we executed a complete front-of-house and back-of-house modernization. The scope of work included a top-to-bottom remodel of the ordering counters and a comprehensive overhaul of the public restrooms with modern fixtures and finishes. To support the corporate shift toward tech-driven hospitality, our team successfully integrated structural and electrical infrastructure to accommodate digital menu boards, interactive touchscreen self-ordering kiosks, and a localized layout optimized for new table service workflows.
