The project included complete site development for a freestanding restaurant with on-site parking, customer access drives, sidewalks, landscaping, exterior lighting, utility connections, and outdoor dining accommodations. The restaurant includes a customer dining area, food preparation line, commercial kitchen, walk-in cooler and freezer, dry storage, office, employee areas, public restrooms, and a digital order pickup area. Ground-up construction of a new McDonald’s quick-service restaurant located at 1301 Robert William Drive, Valencia, PA 16059. The project consisted of the complete development of a new freestanding restaurant on a previously undeveloped site, including construction of the restaurant building, dual-lane drive-thru, parking facilities, pedestrian walkways, utility infrastructure, landscaping, and site amenities. The restaurant was designed and constructed to current McDonald’s prototype standards and includes indoor customer seating, self-order kiosks, a commercial kitchen, food preparation areas, storage, office space, and public restrooms.
