Renovation and modernization of an existing Burger King quick-service restaurant located at 4490 Broadway Boulevard, Monroeville, PA 15146. The project included interior and exterior renovations to upgrade the restaurant to current Burger King brand standards while maintaining restaurant operations as applicable. The facility includes a customer dining area, commercial kitchen, food preparation areas, walk-in cooler and freezer, storage rooms, employee support spaces, public restrooms, and a drive-thru service lane.
