At Max Construction we value the safety of everyone on our team and on our job sites. We have worked diligently with our clients, employees, subcontractors, and suppliers to implement changes to help protect the health and safety of our entire team as well as the communities we serve. These include education and training, working-from-home policies, physical distancing standards, cleaning protocols, and providing personal protection equipment.
Every active job site has a trained Pandemic Safety Officer at all times that has completed training and is certified in COVID-19 Pandemic Awareness.
We have a written COVID-19 Response Program in place that meets OSHA requirements and also ensures that Max Construction employees are effectively informed concerning potential and existing COVID-19 related hazards. It includes procedures to follow in the event that our worksite is potentially exposed to the virus and how the worksite will comply with all applicable local, City, and State orders and guidance. A copy of the plan is available on all job sites and in our corporate office.
As the situation evolves we will continue to update our policies as needed.
